Waking up in the morning and feeling energised and fresh to start off the day is something we all wish for, and the best way to go about it is indulging in a 10 minute morning yoga routine. Hold each stretch for 15-20 seconds and repeat each one two to three times, especially if your muscles and joints feel tight.
