Career

Career means staying in a path of work and making it profession. A career can be more than one job and even more than one company. It usually includes education, training, work experience. We become educate earn degree to build our career. After school life we plan further courses which will be our stairs to establish career. Everyone is career-oriented some way or the other. Some wants government job, some likes corporate jobs, some are trying to make own startup and increase as a career choice. Everyone have to think about career for becoming efficient to take responsibilities, to become financially stable.  Actually, the bitter truth is career is enough powerful to control one's status in the society in addition to one's lifestyle.  Career can determine one's social circle and relationships. Ethically while choosing career personal fulfillment is more essential than financial upliftment.  If an employee is happy with his or her work,  environment, they will come for work by their own willingness. But if opposite situation arise that will be definitely harmful for office environment.  Negativity can damage work and careers of many employee. Career must be loving, passionate,  happening,  serious and energetic for everyone.  One should choose the correct career field according to his or her convenience.
