(A) INGREDIENTS
(1) 11/2tbsp - Ghee
(2) 2cup -Cashew , almonds, walnut, Pistachio
(3) 2tablespoon -Raisins
(4) 150 gm- Date palm
(B) PREPARATION METHOD
(1) Take a pan add 11/2tbsp of ghee on low flame. Roast 2 cup of all dry fruits. Do not change the colour . After 5 minutes take out in a separate bowl.
(2) Roast 2tbsp of raisins and take out in a few seconds. In the same pan, roast 150 gms of seedless soft palm dates.Roast ghee untill it softens completely on low flame.
(3) Switch off flame once it starts collect together as a dough shape.In a zipper bag add the roasted nuts after cooling it completely. Keep the raisin separately coarsely crush with help of rolling pin and mix it with raisins.
(4) Chop further if any bigger piece of nuts. Add 1/2tbsp of Cardmom powder and mixed them well. Switch off flame and let it cool a bit. Transfer the ladoos mix to a separate bowl
(5) Grease hands with desi ghee and start making ladoo from it. Extremely delicious date palm ladoo are ready to serve on the plates.
