For us, it is the delicious food items we get to eat! Leafy greens, hot tea or coffee and whatnot. These pieces of treat can leave your mouth watery and your body warm. Other than generating heat, food items like spices, eggs, and dry fruits can also build your immunity and give you much-needed energy.  A chilly winter day not just calls but screams for a cup of hot drink. What is better than curling up in the blanket watching your favourite series with a hot cup of tea, coffee, hot chocolate or a bowl of sizzling hot healthy soup? These hot beverages are a life saviour in the freezing weather and can keep your body warm from inside and outside. Pregnant and lactating moms can have turmeric milk and soups!

What do you think can beat a handful of nuts? Still, looking for the answer? For us, it's actually nothing! Dry fruits are nutritious and are one of the best food items that keep you warm in winter. Not just providing warmth, dry fruits like almonds, cashews, walnuts and many other nuts can help strengthen your immune system, keep your skin healthy and prevent many diseases.
