Mirchi ke tipore is a Rajasthani dish of Instant Chilli pickle. This instant chilli pickle is hot, spicy, and tangy and is a part of a traditional and authentic Rajasthani meal. This is a must part of any Rajasthani thali.

It's a quick and easy recipe by team GirlsBuzz.

Process

Heat 2 tbsp mustard oil in a pan.

Add a pinch of hing.

Add 1 tsp rai.

Add 1 tsp jeera seeds.

Add ½ tsp saunf/ fennel seeds and let it splutter.

Add 1 ½ cup chopped green chilies.

Add ¼ tsp Haldi/ turmeric powder.

Add 1 tbsp coriander powder.

Add 1 tbsp amchur.

Add black salt as per taste and mix.

Add 2 tbsp water and cover and cook for 5 min. on the sim.

Once cooked serve instantly or add 1 tbsp vinegar and store up to a week in the fridge.
