NUTRITIOUS COCONUT LADOO ЁЯМ┤
(A) INGREDIENTS
(1)2tbsp -Ghee
(2)2 cup -Dessicated coconut powder
(3) 3/4 cup - Condensed milk
(4)2/4 cup -Rose syrup
(B) PREPARATION METHOD
(1) Take a pan add 2tablespoon of ghee and 2 cup of dessicated coconut powder in it.
(2) Stir constantly for 5 minutes on low flame . Add 3/4th cup of condensed milk in the coconut mixture and continue stir it for 5 minutes with a spatula.
(3) Separate 1/2 portion of coconut mixture and keep it another bowl. Add 2/4 cup of rose syrup in the coconut mixture and stir it .
(4)When the dry coconut mixture separates pan, then switch off the flame. Transfer the mixture into the plate.
(5)Make small balls of dry coconut powder and coated them with rose flavoured coconut stuffing and make all the ladoos from it.
(6)Now, coated all ladoo with dry coconut powder. Rose coconut ladoo is ready to serve on the plates.
