(A)INGREDIENTS 

(1) Sugar -3tablespoon 

(2) Butter - 1tablespoon 

(3) Cornflour -2 tablespoon 

(4) Pomegranate seeds -1cup 

(5) Chopped dry fruits -1/2 cup 

(B) PREPARATION METHOD 

(1) Take one cup of pomegranate seeds and grind it without adding water. 

(2) Take a bowl  add  2tablespoon of corn flour and 3 tablespoon of sugar in the bowl. 

(3) Add pomegranate juice to bowl without seeds , mix well without any lumps. 

(4) Heat a pan  add the pomegranate juice and stir it continuously in medium flame. 

(5) Once it turns thick consistency then add 1tablespoon of butter in it.

(6) When it comes to jelly consistency level , allowing it to cool in room temperature for half an hour. 

(7) Transfer the mixture into a mould or bowl. Garnished with finely chopped dry fruits over the pomegranate halwa.
