We have all understood that, and are looking for ways to switch, so that we ensure sustainability. One revolution often talked about in this arena is- cloth pads. But then we get concerned about various things like hygiene issues, how to wash them, are they leak proof etc.

We conversed with Laure and Pranathi from @ecofemme, a brand that has come up with the idea of sustainable pads and other sustainable products.They shared their experience in working their way towards menstrual hygiene how sustainable pads help the environment, are these pads reusable, facts related to more sustainable and eco-friendly environment and more! They also showed us how their cloth pads exactly work by displaying the layers and everything and how easy it's to wash and dry them!
