A beautiful 15-year-old girl, Kafi, tops the Chandigarh Institute of Blind with a brilliant percentage of 95.20% in the CBSE 10th board examination. The story of Kafi is an inspiration to all of us! The little girl is an acid attack survivor. She got attacked by her neighbours when she was only three years old.
This incident left her with several burns all over her body and face and she lost her eyesight. The doctors managed to save Kafi’s life but she lost her power to see forever. Nothing that happened to her at an early age shook her courage and determination. She is a brilliant student and aims to become an IAS officer. Her resilience and strength show that any obstacle will never hinder her from achieving her dreams.
